Initiate Your Return
Locate your order number and postal code to start your return process through our online portal or bring your original receipt to any Reitmans store.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return back into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original price tags and labels remain intact.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated Canada Post location, or simply hand it to a store associate at your nearest retail branch.
Receive Your Refund
Once your items are received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
