What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for both online and in-store purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's progress.
Can I exchange an item I bought online in-store?
Yes, you can exchange items purchased online at any Reitmans store location. Simply bring your original packing slip or digital invoice and the items you wish to exchange within 30 days of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal and Reitmans gift cards for online transactions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the future.
